Semi-Private Training / Training Hours

Prefer to work out with other people? Just like private training, semi-private training focuses on the personalization of your workouts but in a small group fashion of 2-4 people.

Fitness Classes

Our classes are no ordinary workouts. These high-intensity workouts will shed fat off your body like no other, build up your strength, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Most importantly, the workouts are specifically designed to increase your metabolism 24-36 hours AFTER every workout.

The workouts are designed to build your overall fitness through a variety of intervals that incorporate weight lifting, cardio, plyometrics, and core work. If you’re bored of your regular workouts, need some extra motivation, and want someone to push you to the next level, then these classes may be the right fit for you.

Stretching with Julia Class

Yoga with Becca is a blend of powerful sequences and stretchy restorative poses, all centered around the breath. The intention is to help students find a balance of strength and softness through an innovative movement practice that can be taken into their daily lives. Becca loves to incorporate sound baths at the end of her classes, by playing her crystal quartz singing bowls while students relax in Savasana.

Monday 7:30pm with Yuliya Vlasova

Cardio and Mobility Class

A bodyweight and low-impact class for all fitness levels! You will improve your mobility, gain strength in muscles and joints, and get sweaty with the variety of cardio movements involved! This class consists of primal (animal) movements created by The ZUU and class instructor, Neil Tews. All the movements incorporated in this class are easily regressed and progressed depending on individuals’ experience. This class creates a team environment where you will get close with other members and encourage one another. You will push yourself to limits you didn’t think you had in you and make friends along the way. The movements used in this class help everyone improve their performance in daily life activities, sports, weightlifting and powerlifting, and even military life! Come on and join us, we can’t wait to see you!

ASAP Bootcamp Class

What to expect:

  • FULL body workouts!
  • varying equipment and exercises.
  • high intensity but programmed to be at your own pace.
  • great for all fitness and experience levels.
  • this class uses HIIT intervals to get you sweating and burning calories well after you’re done.

Tuesday 6pm with Aaron Reed

Adult Athletic Class

Train a new skill each month as you return to or try for the first time the fun and athletic things you used to do as a kid. Maybe you want to show off in your next season of Pickleball or try something new like Ultimate Frisbee. Either way, we’ll get you ready. No prior experience required just an openness to try new things. Some skills will be centered around competitions, races, and community events – the schedule is subject to the consensus of the class members. Let the fun begin! We are currently focusing on Speed & Agility as well as Competitive Metabolic Training. This class is not for beginners, but for the individual that wants to train like an athlete and see what they’re made of! Regressions will be available, but hard work will be the mentality of the hour. Let’s gooooooo!

Wednesday 6:00pm with Neil Tews

Full Body Fire Class

A heart pounding blend of cardio and strength training. Expect full body strength work with cardio intervals (ie Tabata, AMRAP, EMOM) with core work and stretching at the end.

Thursday 6:30pm with Nancy Venegas

Cardio Fun Class

Time to get your cardio in without thinking about it! Time to play games with balls, frisbees and our bodies on playgrounds, turf, and fields. We’ll be indoors or outdoor according to the weather and preferences. A good warm up with a little agility skills prep will start each class to better prepare us to have fun like a kid again.

Friday 5:30pm with Neil Tews

Kick Start Class

Wake up and get a KICK START to your day with this high intensity interval training bootcamp class! You will be sweating, out of breath, pumping muscles, and most importantly having fun with an enthusiastic instructor.

This is a high energy, motivating, fun class for all early risers looking to get both a cardio and strength workout in at the same time. The class is always fresh with new movements and the best music to keep you going!
