Prefer to work out with other people? Just like private training, semi-private training focuses on the personalization of your workouts but in a small group fashion of 2-4 people.

Group Training / Classes (ASAP Bootcamp & EXCEL Class)

Our bootcamp workouts are no ordinary bootcamps. These high-intensity workouts will shed fat off your body like no other, build up your strength, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Most importantly, the workouts are specifically designed to increase your metabolism 24-36 hours AFTER every workout.

The workouts are designed to build your overall fitness through a variety of intervals that incorporate weight lifting, cardio, plyometrics, and core work. If you’re bored of your regular workouts, need some extra motivation, and want someone to push you to the next level, then these bootcamp workouts may be the right fit for you.

Yoga and Functional Stretching Class

Add some stretching in your workout after a week of strenuous exercises to let your muscles recover. This functional stretching class is a foundation-building yoga class containing a mix of yoga poses and stretching exercises. We will focus on the connection between breath and the flowing movements at a moderate pace. All levels are welcomed. No prior experience in yoga needed. Mats are available but feel free to bring your own if you like.

Cardio Kickboxing Class

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.  It is more of a fitness workout and not competition as some would think.

Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Pre-registration required. Class starts promptly (have your hands wrapped before class begins). Limited to 8 people a class so that each person has their own bag. Extra gloves and wraps are available to new clients. Repeat clients are expected to bring their own gloves and wraps.

Kettlebells and Conditions Class

Kettlebells and Conditioning is a strength and conditioning class led by StrongFirst SFG, Kim Greenstein. This class is designed to challenge all levels with a full-body training session designed to improve strength, endurance, and power. This class incorporates hardstyle kettlebell training techniques, body weight movements, sled work, and other various tools depending upon the current level and goals of the client. Training sessions will include various forms of pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, loaded carries and conditioning. Each participant registering for the class will receive a free assessment. All levels are welcome. Class size is limited so pre-registration is required.

ARC OCR (Obstacle Course Race)

Come join our endurance team to prepare for your next race.

Run Club available during warm weather months and Swim Club available through the winter time.
