The workouts are designed to build your overall fitness through a variety of intervals that incorporate weight lifting, cardio, plyometrics, and core work. If you’re bored of your regular workouts, need some extra motivation, and want someone to push you to the next level, then these classes may be the right fit for you.

Cardio and Mobility Class
A bodyweight and low-impact class for all fitness levels! You will improve your mobility, gain strength in muscles and joints, and get sweaty with the variety of cardio movements involved! This class consists of primal (animal) movements created by The ZUU and class instructor, Neil Tews. All the movements incorporated in this class are easily regressed and progressed depending on individuals’ experience. This class creates a team environment where you will get close with other members and encourage one another. You will push yourself to limits you didn’t think you had in you and make friends along the way. The movements used in this class help everyone improve their performance in daily life activities, sports, weightlifting and powerlifting, and even military life! Come on and join us, we can’t wait to see you!

OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Prep Class
Obstacle Course Race Prep Class is a great way to get race ready. With a team focus and a sprinkle of healthy competition, functional workouts are varied and novel and build balanced, multi-faceted athletes who excel in all-over strength, athleticism and endurance. OCR Prep Classes can benefit everyone, even when they are not training for an Obstacle Course Race.
Learn from your (previously) certified Spartan SGX Coach with how to stick with your training, which—combined with a healthy lifestyle—can lead to improved fitness results.

Rise and Grind is a HIIT, AMRAP, Tabata, style class that strengthens your muscular endurance and makes you feel wide awake by the end of class, ready to take on the day!
Tuesday & Thursday 5:45am with John Thompson
Wake up and get a KICK START to your day with this high intensity interval training bootcamp class! You will be sweating, out of breath, pumping muscles, and most importantly having fun with an enthusiastic instructor.
This is a high energy, motivating, fun class for all early risers looking to get both a cardio and strength workout in at the same time. The class is always fresh with new movements and the best music to keep you going!

ASAP Bootcamp Class
What to expect:

Yoga with Becca
Yoga with Becca is a blend of powerful sequences and stretchy restorative poses, all centered around the breath. The intention is to help students find a balance of strength and softness through an innovative movement practice that can be taken into their daily lives. Becca loves to incorporate sound baths at the end of her classes, by playing her crystal quartz singing bowls while students relax in Savasana.

Cardio Kickboxing Class
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. It is more of a fitness workout and not competition as some would think.
Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Pre-registration required. Class starts promptly (have your hands wrapped before class begins). Limited to 8 people a class so that each person has their own bag. Extra gloves and wraps are available to new clients. Repeat clients are expected to bring their own gloves and wraps.
