Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being

There are very few things a person cannot achieve if they resolve within themselves that it is possible with the proper guidance and a personal drive that will keep them going through the valleys and mountain tops. Neil was a four season athlete in high school; football, swimming & diving (summer and winter), and track and field.  He went off to run hurdles at Iowa State University where he successfully walked on as a freshman and again as a junior after learning to manage an auto immune disease.  Neil shows the same heart and determination as an owner of ARC PERFORMANCE as he did as an athlete, proving that the lessons of perseverance one learns in sports carry over into life.  He also started and coordinated flag football for his church for 5 years and continues volunteering as a hurdle coach at Wheeling HS since 2008. Train with me and you’ll learn the philosophies and skills needed to reach your personal goals and obtain a better quality of life for the rest of your life.  Regardless of your age, weight, gender, background, experience or even doubts we can do it TOGETHER!
