Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being

Aaron has been training for as long as he can remember – whether it was basketball (3 years), football (4 years), or track and field (3 years) at Barrington High School, or through 4 years of collegiate track and field at the University of Iowa. After many years in the field and working with hundreds of athletes of all ages, Aaron decided he was ready to use what he learned and start his own company – ASAP Fitness.  ASAP Fitness specializes in athletic and sports specific training, but also incorporates the same techniques and philosophies with their fitness clients.

Aaron loves to help athletes achieve their highest potential and is able to share years of experience in training at a very high level.  He thrives on being known to keep his clients motivated, interested, and consistently challenged throughout his or her programs.  He believes that athlete or non-athlete, everyone that desires to achieve an athletic or fitness goal can do so with proper instruction and a will to push themselves; mentally and physically. Most importantly working at ARC Performance, Aaron loves to see the success and the reward from all the hard work and dedication that each and every client puts into their workout program; now and as they progress moving forward.
